Burak Alaçam

İNSAN KAYNAKLARI / GENEL MÜDÜR YARDIMCISI

Anadolu Üniversitesi İİBF – İşletme bölümünden mezun olan Burak Alaçam, iş hayatına 1999 yılında Citibank bünyesindeki çağrı merkezi Citiphone’da başladı. 2002 yılında BankEuropa’da göreve başlayan Alaçam, bankanın çağrı merkezi kuruluş projesinde yer aldı ve daha sonraki yıllarda adı Millenniumbank olarak değişen bankanın Çağrı Merkezi Müdürlüğü görevini yürüttü. 2007 yılında bir süre Deutsche Bank Türkiye kuruluş projesinde Çağrı Merkezi Müdürü olarak görev alan Alaçam, 2010 – 2013 yılları arasında CMC’de Pazarlama ve İş Geliştirme Direktörü olarak görev almış, 2013 – 2018 yılları arasında UltimooCollect Türkiye Genel Müdürü görevini üstlenmiştir. Mart 2018’de Webhelp ailesine katılan Burak Alaçam,  İnsan Kaynaklarından Sorumlu Genel Müdür Yardımcısı görevini yürütmektedir.
