Os colaboradores fazem a Webhelp. Mais de 55 mil pessoas contribuem diariamente para fazer avançar esta empresa, desafiar o status quo da subcontratação, agradar os clientes dos nossos clientes e prever os comportamentos desses clientes no dia de amanhã.

Cada um de vós trás uma energia única, uma paixão diferente, uma motivação contagiante e, mais importante ainda, um conjunto próprio de capacidades e talentos único. É importante saber que valorizamos a diversidade e a rica rede de potencial que os nossos colaboradores criam.

As capacidades de comunicação que estão a desenvolver ao interagir com clientes, especialmente através de vários canais, está a fornecer-lhes uma experiência que pode ser transportada para todas as áreas das suas vidas e para outras funções na Webhelp e não só.

A experiência do cliente e a subcontratação de processos empresarias estão mais evoluídos do que nunca. Esperamos que estejam orgulhosos da empresa da qual fazem parte.
