Om Webhelp

Ved årtusenskiftet begynte to unge franske gründere, Frederic Jousset og Olivier Duha, å jobbe for å gjøre forbrukere og merkevarer i stand til å delta mer i den digitale verden, og veilede dem. Webhelp ble etablert.

Gjennom utvikling og oppkjøp, er Webhelp i dag blitt en stor global leder innen outsourcing av virksomhetsprosesser (BPO) på 50.000 personer. Vi fortsetter å spesialisere oss innen kundeopplevelser, men våre egenskaper strekker seg over en rekke kanaler, som tale, sosialt og digitalt. Våre outsourcede tjenester har også ekspandert til å omfatte betalingsadministrasjon, salgs- og marketing-tjenester. Vi bygger kundeopplevelser på vegne av noen av verdens mest fremgangsrike varemerker og gjennom vårt transformerende outsourcing-tilbud kan vi drive ytelsesforbedring, levere en reell og varig endring i oppdragsgivernes operative modeller og levere vesentlige økonomiske fordeler. Vår evne til å levere resultat er drevet av data og anvendte analyser, som spiller en viktig rolle i vårt arbeid som en digital bedrift. I dag ledes bedriften fortsatt av de to grunnleggerne, og deres gründer-spirit står dypt i vår kultur. Med et formål om å «flytte grensene for kundeopplevelse og optimalisering av virksomhetsprosesser», er mennesker satt i stand til, og oppfordret til, å flytte grensene. Siden starten har Webhelp vokst betydelig med over 500 partnere som betjenes av våre globale team, som dekker mer enn 35 land og over 140 sentre for kundeopplevelse. I løpet av de siste fire årene alene, har inntektene våre økt med over 250 %. Dette oppnådde vi ved å investere i våre ansatte og miljøet de arbeider i, og utvikle den analytiske og operative evnen for å levere forvandlende outsourcing med løsninger som møter utfordringene i det som nå er en omni-kanal-verden.
