Roxane Divol

COO du groupe Webhelp

Roxane joue un rôle clé dans l’expansion de Webhelp en tant que leader mondial de l’industrie.

Avant de rejoindre Webhelp, Roxane Divol était vice-présidente exécutive et directrice générale de la sécurité des sites Web chez Symantec. De plus, Roxane a créé et incubé Cybercube, une start-up offrant une plate-forme de cyberanalyse qui est aujourd’hui financée par Symantec et ForgePoint Capital.

Avant de rejoindre Symantec, Roxane était associée chez McKinsey & Company en tant que leader dans les domaines de la technologie, des médias, des télécommunications, du marketing et des ventes. Elle a également créé et dirigé la série de tables rondes féminines de McKinsey sur la côte ouest.

Roxane a, entre autres, été nommée parmi les Top50 Most Powerful Women in Technology 2017 par le National Diversity Council.

Roxane a la double nationalité française et colombienne. Ses expériences interculturelles l’ont aidée à évaluer et à transformer des organisations mondiales. Elle est administratrice de Wolverine Worldwide et siège actuellement au conseil d’administration du Fonds mondial pour les femmes. Elle est diplômée de l’Ecole Polytechnique et de l’Insead. Roxane est passionnée par les droits des femmes, notamment l’accès à l’éducation, aux soins de santé, à l’emploi, au droit de vote et à d’autres iniquités auxquelles les femmes et les peuples du monde entier sont confrontés.
