Julien débute sa carrière à Madagascar en tant que responsable commercial chez APMA, représentant Rank XEROX.

Il intègre ensuite Mac Donald’s France au poste de Directeur de site pendant 3 ans puis évolue vers le poste de Directeur des Opérations de la chaîne de restaurants Oh!Poivrier
En 2006, retour à Madagascar cette fois dans l’industrie textile où il dirige successivement plusieurs usines de confection, spécialisées dans le moyen et haut de gamme pour enfants.

Il rejoint Webhelp en novembre 2015, en tant que Directeur Général de Webhelp Madagascar.
