Dircteur de Webhelp Algérie

Titulaire d’un master en marketing et finance internationale, Gilles œuvre dans l’univers des services et relation clients depuis près de 25 ans.

Il débute sa carrière en participant à la création et lancement de la première Banque en ligne en France. Il rejoint, il y a 18 ans, le monde des prestataires de service pour ne plus le quitter.
Il managera successivement, et avec succès, des sites de production ou des filiales opérationnelles de plus de 2000 collaborateurs et 100 millions de chiffre d’affaire comme TPH- Service Télécom ou Téléperformance.

En 2008 il créé sa propre structure de conseil, pour accompagner la mutation des services clients. Il opère en qualité de Manager de transition afin d’accompagner les entreprises dans leurs objectifs de transformations (restructuration et évolution des outils de production, formation et accompagnement de nouveaux directeurs de site, conquête de nouveaux marchés …).

Gilles rejoint le groupe Webhelp fin 2016, pour prendre la Direction de Webhelp Algérie.
