Deux jeunes entrepreneurs français, Frédéric Jousset et Olivier Duha, décident de développer en 2000, peu de temps avant la création de Google, un service d’assistance humaine à la recherche… De cette initiative naît Webhelp !
En quelques années, Webhelp est devenu un leader mondial de l’expérience client et de l’externalisation des processus métiers (BPO) et compte aujourd’hui plus de 50 000 collaborateurs dans le monde.
