Metin est diplômé de l’Université d’Istanbul avec un diplôme en langue et littérature allemandes en 1996 et a commencé à travailler dans le centre d’appels de Koçbank. En 1998, il a été transféré au Département des projets spéciaux et du développement commercial d’Egebank et a travaillé comme spécialiste de projet et chef d’équipe. Plus tard, il a été directeur adjoint des canaux de distribution alternatifs à Demirbank (HSBC) et a par conséquent occupé le poste de directeur du centre d’appels pour les canaux de distribution alternatifs à Koçbank entre 2001 et 2005. Metin a rejoint CMC en 2005 en tant que directeur général adjoint et a été directeur général Directeur de CMC après 2010. Il a rejoint la famille Callpex en février 2013 et est actuellement le PDG de Webhelp Türkiye. Metin est également président du conseil d’administration de la Call Centers Association.
