Roxane Divol

Roxane Divol, COO del Grupo Webhelp

Roxane desempeña un papel clave en la expansión de Webhelp como líder mundial en la industria.

Antes de unirse a Webhelp, Roxane Divol fue Vicepresidenta Ejecutiva y Directora General de Seguridad de Sitios Web de Symantec. Además, Roxane creó e incubó Cybercube, una empresa que ofrece una plataforma de análisis cibernético financiada hoy en día por Symantec y ForgePoint Capital.

Antes de formar parte de Symantec, Roxane fue socia de McKinsey & Company liderando sus prácticas de tecnología, medios, telecomunicaciones, marketing y ventas. También creó y dirigió la serie de Mesas Redondas de Mujeres Ejecutivas de la Costa Oeste de McKinsey.

Roxane fue, entre otros, nombrada entre el Top 50 de las mujeres más poderosas en tecnología en 2017 por el Consejo Nacional de Diversidad.

Roxane tiene doble nacionalidad francesa y colombiana. Sus experiencias interculturales le han ayudado a evaluar y transformar organizaciones globales. Es directora de Wolverine Worldwide y actualmente forma parte de la junta directiva del Fondo Mundial para la Mujer. Se graduó en la Ecole Polytechnique y en Insead. A Roxane le apasiona luchar por los derechos de la mujer, incluyendo el acceso a la educación, la atención médica, el empleo, el derecho al voto y otras desigualdades a las que se enfrentan las mujeres y las personas en todo el mundo.
