Antes de crear su propia empresa, Singular, en 1994, Helena ocupó varios cargos en la industria de la publicidad. En 2001, Singular entró a formar parte de SELLBYTEL Group. Actualmente es Presidente de Webhelp España.

Graduada en ESADE, participa con diferentes organizaciones como:

  • Miembro del Consejo de Ashoka, una organización internacional con la misión de permitir que los emprendedores sociales prosperen y que los ciudadanos piensen y actúen como agentes de cambio.
  • Miembro del Consejo de la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya UOC, universidad en línea.
  • Miembro del Consejo de LECE Liga Europea de Cooperación Económica.
  • Miembro del International Women Forum (IWF), una organización global que promueve el liderazgo femenino en 33 países del mundo en los seis continentes que trabaja por acelerar la carrera profesional de las mujeres en todos los sectores y en instituciones públicas y privadas.
  • Miembro del Consejo de Fira de Barcelona, una de las instituciones feriales más importantes de Europa.

Helena está casada y es madre de Laura y Oscar.
