As a graduate of the Department of Computer Engineering at Marmara University, Sertac started his career in 1995 as a software engineer at Coretech Bilgi Sistemleri. Meanwhile he completed his postgraduate studies at the Department of Computer Engineering, Marmara University, and the position of project manager in a variety of R&D projects carried out at the university and Tubitak. Having assumed the role of System Group Administrator at the Faculty of Engineering, Marmara University, Sertaç was appointed project manager of the technology infrastructure that was initiated to be installed at CMC in 2001. Following this role, he started to work at SYS İletişim that provides solutions for call centers and the communication industry. After having held the offices of Software Project Manager, Software Architect, Product Development Manager and Technology Director in SYS İletişim, he continued his career as the Director Of Engineering department at SpeecHouse in 2008. In 2009, he was appointed to the office of IT Directors at ISS Turkey Group, constituted by ISS Catering, ISS Cleaning, ISS Pest Kontrol, ISS Proser and ISS CMC. Sertaç who joined Callpex (now Webhelp Türkiye) in 2013 and continues in the same role currently.
