Onur Topçu

Operations & Customer Relations Director

Graduated from the Department of Business Management, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Anadolu University, Onur Topcu started his career in 2004 at Kocbank. After having held positions of Team Leader, Planning Monitoring Specialist, and Operations Director, respectively, at Yapi Kredi Bank within the period between 2006 and 2010, he took office of Call Center Manager at Sakarya Elektrik Dagitim Sirketi in 2010. He joined Callpex (now Webhelp Türkiye) in 2013 as Operations and Customer Relations Director. Onur continues the same position at Webhelp Türkiye.
