Chief Commercial Officer, Webhelp SA

Brandon Aitken joined Webhelp in 2015 as Head of Client Services, since then he has been an Account Director, and most recently he was appointed Chief Commercial Officer of Webhelp South Africa in 2018.

His focus is representing Webhelp SA’s interests in the Business Process Services (BPS) sector to help drive business growth and to ensure Webhelp adds value to its client partners’ customer experience and transformation strategies.

Brandon has worked in the Customer Experience and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sectors for the last 17 years. He has extensive experience in financial services, retail operations and international outsourcing – including senior leadership roles in operations, commercial management, global sourcing strategy and supplier governance and control.

His experience includes working in United Kingdom, South Africa and India leading cross-functional teams. Brandon has a passion for driving inclusive youth employment in South Africa and helping the BPS sector realise its full potential.
