Director Of Planning & Insight - Webhelp SA

Andy is highly experienced in building, implementing and continuously improving the end-to-end delivery of technically proficient and commercially focused resource planning processes and solutions. In this context, his focus is always to improve profitability and ensure business success while optimising contact centre performance and driving efficiencies.

Prior to joining Webhelp, Andy worked in various leadership and support roles for Vertex, Capita, and CCI South Africa. During his career, Andy has supported a number of organisations including Marks & Spencer, Vodafone, The Child Support Agency, Birmingham City Council, Tesco, Talk Talk, Insurance Australia Group, FOXTEL, Shop Direct, EasyJet, Office Depot and YODEL – some of which he works with today.

Andy’s commercial focus and planning expertise brings a strong ability to translate complex issues into understandable and tangible solutions. He was a key player in the development of the South African shared services capability and, after relocating to South Africa, heads up production planning and insight for Webhelp South Africa.
