Director Of Planning & Insight - Webhelp SA

Andy Helm heads up Production Planning and Insight Service for the Webhelp South Africa business, he has worked within the company in various roles since 2011.

He has over ten years’ experience working in the customer contact, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and CMO industry, providing centralised service delivery for multiple brands across multiple sectors and geographies with focus on Resource Planning, Performance Insight and Business Intelligence services.

Some of the big brands and businesses Andy has provided services for in the past and current include Marks & Spencer, Vodafone, The Child Support Agency, Birmingham City Council, Tesco, Talk Talk, Insurance Australia Group, FOXTEL, Shop Direct, EasyJet, Office Depot and YODEL working in various leadership and support roles for Vertex, Capita, Webhelp and CCI South Africa.

He was a key player in the development of the South African shared services capability. Andy’s commercial focus and planning expertise brings a strong ability to translate complex issues into understandable and tangible solutions.
