Webhelp SA celebrate double win at prestigious awards

19th November 2014

Launched in October 2013, Webhelp South Africa – SA’s leading customer experience management company – has already achieved significant success in the local market.

Now, Webhelp SA has been named the winner of BPeSA’s Best Outsourcer Contact Centre of the year and the highly coveted and prestigious Design Capital of the year 2014 for Innovation.

Winning high profile awards such as these are important for any business, but particularly for one that is as young an organisation as Webhelp South Africa is. These awards help to elevate Webhelp SA to South African industry leader status, a remarkable achievement for a company that is only twelve months old.

“It’s a fantastic achievement to win something so prestigious after only a year, and is confirmation that we are building a brand that clients and customers can trust and believe in,” said Ro Constable, Client Director at Webhelp. “Customer experience is the key differentiator in the service and sales markets, so I’m delighted that our people can now say they work for South Africa’s leading contact centre and deliver an exceptional experience to every customer. It’s fabulous recognition for all their hard work.”

“These awards serve as an independent validation for the people who have joined our business,” says Craig Gibson, CEO of Webhelp SA. “Not only do these accolades build shareholder confidence, so they can continue to invest in our business and our country, but it also adds to the building of momentum with our clients.”
