A State-of-the-art new home for Webhelp SA

Webhelp South Africa – SA’s leading customer experience management company – has created a state-of-the-art contact centre to support Vodafone – one of the world’s leading mobile communications providers – to deliver a range of innovative products and services.

Over the last seven months a talented team of designers, contractors and handymen have transformed a space in the heart of Parktown, Johannesburg into an incredible state-of-the-art contact centre facility. Strategically chosen, this very attractive and highly sought-after location provides Webhelp’s staff with a healthy and safe working environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the inner city, but with the added benefits of easy access to transport routes and amenities.

Webhelp’s new setup has been designed with an incredible amount of attention to detail and creativity to develop a working environment that people love to work in and that is conducive to delivering exceptional interactions with Vodafone customers. Bright and colourful, with plenty of natural light, as well as designated lounges and break rooms complete with snooker and foosball tables and a canteen area to die for, the space could rival that of the Google headquarters, and has been designed to help energise the Webhelp workforce and enable world –class service to call centre customers.
