Who we are looking for

We look for individuals who are driven, committed and have a desire to stand out from the rest. Diversity of background, race, experience and gender is something we pursue, as we recognise that this encourages innovation, change and equality in the workplace. We achieve transformation by investing in our people to unlock their true potential and talents.

Our recruitment strategy has been designed to focus on:

Identifying employees aligned our core values

We want to find individuals with the potential to align and contribute to our culture, as well as those of our valued clients.

Employing fair and equitable recruitment practices

It’s important that we fully align to South Africa’s transformation strategy which aims to provide equal opportunities for young and talented South Africans.

Assessing core strengths and potential

Focussing on the core strengths and potential of each candidate ensures we can continue to deliver above and beyond our clients’ expectations.

“My career with Webhelp South Africa started in September 2013, in the role of Trainer and progressing to Learning and Development Business Partner in just over one year. Factors both personal and professional have contributed towards my promotion, including being patient, confident, going the extra mile, working hard, enjoying what I do and, finally, being willing to learn and take feedback. Webhelp has given me the resources and opportunities to grow within the business. The people are at the heart of everything we do – which is true when it comes to Webhelp. ”
