Our workforce is divided into two broad categories:

Advisors

Also known as 'front office', these employees mainly consist of Advisors, Team Leaders, Operational Managers and Senior Operational Leadership roles.

Also known as 'back office', these roles offer centralised support through various departments to ensure that Webhelp SA is an effective and productive business.

They provide expertise and knowledge related to Finance, HR, IT, Facilities, Recruitment, Training and Development; as well as Business Insight and Analytics.
