Our services are provided through a range of tailored solutions, including CRM support, logistics support, bespoke customer service software and multi-channel customer communication.
Xtrasource started out in 1996 as the result of a universal remote control. The remote, while excellent and cost-effective, required a little more work than most on the part of the consumer. This service was a success – so much so that the company founders were inspired to extend the service to other brands. As a result, the Enschede contact centre was created.
The Enschede contact hub was well-equipped and made use of automated processes that enabled faster, better service than its competitors. Offering an excellent support service allowed Xtrasource and its clients to expand their market share.
In 2004 Xtrasource was acquired by Sento Europe, a leading customer service corporation hoping to strengthen its technical support portfolio. Four years after that, Sento was acquired by R Systems International, a multinational software and IT firm looking to diversify its business to business services.
In 2014, R Systems Europe was acquired, as a separate entity to R Systems International, by Webhelp and renamed Xtrasource. This acquisition helped Webhelp to expand and diversify their consumer technology offerings. Now a division of Webhelp Netherlands, the company continues its unwavering progression towards the peak of technical support in a multilingual setting.
