Matthieu Bouin joined Webhelp in 2006 as Director of Sales and Marketing. Since then, he has managed the operations of several business units including Retail, Financial Services and Travel. From early 2012, he has also spearheaded different cross functions for the Webhelp Group around innovation, strategy, quality and organisation.

A 1997 graduate of HEC with experience in the consulting industry (Bossard Consultants/Gemini Consulting), Matthieu has previously held marketing and business development positions in the technology and insurance brokerage sectors. Through his various roles in different sectors, he has gained a wealth of knowledge on customer relationship challenges.

Matthieu actively participates in the evolution of the customer relationship sector, in particular through his frequent work with professional organizations such as FEVAD and EBG among others. He is also in charge of the Customer Experience academic course that forms part of the Marketing major at HEC.

In 2014, Matthew was appointed Managing Director of Webhelp. He now focuses primarily on Webhelp’s growth via marketing, service and business development with a keen interest in the retail, financial services, travel and B2B sectors.
