Group Managing Director, Webhelp Group Operations, South of Europe & Middle East Africa

Vincent joined Webhelp in 2009 as Director of Operations and General Manager of France and Romania. With a Masters in International Trade from the Sorbonne, he held key positions within the customer service sections of large telecom operators such as Orange and Club Internet between 1997 and 2006.

In 2006, he gambled by joining Virgin Mobile, then one of the first virtual operators to enter the French market. He held the position of Director of Customer Services, where he defined and implemented their policies on customer relations, loyalty and telesales. His career has allowed Vincent to develop expertise in managing customer operations across multiple areas, including CRM, online, telephony and multi-channel; the implementation of performance optimisation programs and the management of contact centre operations.

In 2014, Vincent was appointed Managing Director of Webhelp. Vincent’s responsibilities include all production subsidiaries and human resources and quality management for the Webhelp Group. He also oversees the development of operations in the telecom, media, hi-tech and utilities sectors.

In 2020, he became Group Managing Director and Webhelp Group Operations in South of Europe & Middle East Africa.
