A graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Marseille and INSEAD, he began his career in the world of distribution and e-commerce at Office DEPOT where he remained for 17 years. He successively headed the Quality and Continuous Improvement Department for 4 years, then the International IT Department to lead the Retail Office DEPOT expansion projects before becoming Chief Information Officer for the group in Europe for 3 years.
In 2009, Martial joined the Marketing Europe Department to manage the digital and omni-channel transformation projects of the Office DEPOT group and became, in 2013, General Manager Ecommerce and Customer Marketing in France.
At Webhelp, since November 2015, he has been Director of the Retail, Ecommerce and Transport Business Unit, where he and his teams support the optimization of the customer experience for the sector’s players. Since November 2018, he has been Director of Human Resources for the 9 countries of the France region with the objective of making Webhelp a strong and recognized employer brand.
