Leading global customer experience and business process outsourcing company, Webhelp, has been nominated for two awards at this year’s Contact Centre Association (CCA) Awards.

The CCA awards are in their 20th year of recognising and celebrating those companies who have achieved extraordinary success or individuals who have shown extraordinary leadership, passion and commitment.

David Turner, CEO of Webhelp UK, said:
