Unity: The key to Webhelp’s success at tonight’s Hr NETWORK Awards

We’ll be at the HR NETWORK Awards in Glasgow this evening (8th November), as nominees in a wide range of categories, including ‘Attraction and Resourcing Team of the Year’ and ‘Recruitment Specialist of the Year’. I’m looking forward to seeing our amazing Webhelp team get the recognition they deserve this award season. Not only has the team’s enthusiastic adoption of new technology and communication systems created a better experience for candidates;  but innovative gamification and analytics tools have driven measurable business benefits through increased people retention and engagement.

This success is not just down to one team, however. I’m so proud of the way teams across the business offer crucial support and work together towards a common goal to enable us to be nominated for awards like these; the very definition of ‘Unity’, one of Webhelp’s core values.

Whether our teams win or not, we are extremely proud of our talented teams and can’t wait to celebrate their success. Best of luck to the other nominees and also to Historic Environment Scotland, SQA and Skyscanner, the three finalists in the first ever HR NETWORK ‘Health and Wellbeing’ Award, for which Webhelp was the co-creator and this year’s sponsor. The health and wellbeing of our own employees is one of our top priorities so supporting the recognition of three companies excelling in this field is a real privilege.
