Our recognition programme is just one of the ways we acknowledge and recognise exceptional talent on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Winners receive additional leave days and all our top talent are invited to our annual Star Awards – including black tie dinner, entertainment and awards ceremony. Generous cash prizes are awarded. We also recognise and reward employee’s length of service at key milestones, with a gift and letter from our CEO.
Every day, our employees benefit from fantastic learning opportunities like formal development workshops, one-to-one coaching, and exposure to a variety of projects and new skills on the job.
We are also launching our digital learning platform which will allow employees to learn at their own pace, when it is convenient for them.
We have a team of Engagement Ambassadors on each site which look after any engagement related ideas or challenges to make sure we provide a WOW place to work. The Ambassadors also make sure people are communicated to, recognised and get involved with our CSR activities.
Every year we ask our colleagues what they think about working for Webhelp through our Your Call employee engagement survey. This isn’t just a one-off questionnaire but a year-round initiative where we listen to feedback and take appropriate action – providing ongoing updates so we are always improving our working practices.

Charity and community work are extremely important to us. We have an annual corporate charity partner who we work closely with to raise money and awareness. On average we raise more than £50,000 for charities each year.
We are passionate about making our business as sustainable as possible and our commitment to the environment is echoed through our ambitious targets to reduce carbon emissions and stop single-use plastic.
