Job Description

Make amazing moments and join Webhelp – a global leader in business process outsourcing (BPO) – as our Dialler Performance Manager. Whilst being based near our offices in Sheffield, Rotherham or Greenock would be beneficial, you can choose to be based from any of our 12 UK offices. An excellent benefits package is available which includes a salary linked to your experience of around £32,000 plus bonus, 33 days holiday, group life cover and pension.

The world of Dialler Management has changed. Whilst you will manage the dialler system effectively and ensure the dialler’s availability at all times you will also develop and renew dialling strategies. This will be achieved through insight and analysis of historic performance with the purpose of maximising future performance and revenue. You will also create, test and implement contact dialler strategies based on customer behaviours, demographics, dialler settings/ technology and data outputs in conjunction with devised strategies.

As a strong leader, you will manage a remote team regularly communicating client and company information with a focus on driving campaign performance and a culture of sustained success. You and your team will continually analyse campaign and agent performance alongside correct data usage to identify, suggest and implement opportunities to increase contact rates and subsequent sales whilst maintaining compliance to Ofcom regulations.

We are looking for an exceptional leader who has a minimum 2 years dialler management experience ideally from an outsourced environment. With experience managing teams, you’ll have an in-depth knowledge of dialler technologies and be comfortable using data and reporting tools. With excellent knowledge of Ofcom/ICO/DMA regulations for dialler operation, you’ll have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a high degree of numeracy and analytical skills.

We want you because you’re one of the best in the business. Our offices are full of energy, creativity and fun. As a people-focused company we will help you develop and reach your full potential. In our rapidly expanding business there is a wealth of opportunities to progress and make moments that count.

Live for the moments with Webhelp.
