Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Projects Manager to join our growing business.

£55,000 - £65,000 plus 10% bonus and attractive benefits.

Accountable for the successful planning, governance and implementation of large scale, complex change and transition projects for Webhelp UK. Manage projects through their complete ‘end to end’ lifecycle from transition planning, project initiation, implementation and Go Live, through to close down and handover into the business. Lead projects using the most appropriate and effective project management methodologies, a ‘Gated’ structure and the completion of all project documentation to ensure delivery is in line with scope, objectives, timeline and budget. Ensure effective governance, tracking, reporting and communication structure is implemented to keep internal, client and third party stakeholders up to date with progress, risks and issues. Strong communication and influencing skills to confidently manage client relationship and senior stakeholder’s engagement up to Board level.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager is required, as you will need to demonstrate a robust knowledge and application of project methodology in different scenarios/ businesses.

It is essential you have a broad range of sector /industry experienc retail, travel, financial services, IT, HR, property alongside experience of working in BPO/Contact Centre or a fast-paced customer service environment. Pace and flexibility is key in our business environment

Experience of project managing complex change and transition projects – complex solution delivery, multiple internal/external/ Client stakeholders, multiple work streams, delivery in multiple locations and global geographies

Project Management qualification – PMP: Project Management Professional/ CPMP: Certified Project Management Practitioner/ Managing Successful Programmes/ PRINCE2 Foundation & PRINCE2 Practitioner/ Six Sigma.

Experience and understanding of project methodologies – Agile/ Waterfall/Scrum/Kanban

Experience and understanding of ‘end to end’ project lifecycles, associated deliverables and control gates

Good working knowledge of project management software plus MS office applications including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills

Excellent communication, presentation and engagement skills up to Board level

Very strong team working skills – ability to work effectively with large teams, multi/ off shore locations, internal, external and Client teams and stakeholders
