Job Description

Is this the moment that you launch your career at Webhelp? We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join us at our contact centre based in Falkirk earning a salary of up to £28,000 including bonus (depending on experience). In this role, you will actively support, lead and develop a team of Contact Centre Associates through the use of feedback, coaching, training and other development activities.

You’ll lead your team to deliver excellent customer and client satisfaction, and ensure financial success of the contact centre by effectively optimising revenue. You’ll seek to maximise company profitability through effective customer interactions and the successful delivery of KPIs.

You’ll get the best out of each individual and create a positive environment by regularly providing positive praise and recognition of individual and team success, encouraging team working and conducting side-by-side coaching. You’ll support the welfare of your colleagues by noticing any individual and team challenges and take ownership whilst also challenging any inappropriate behaviour or conduct issues and managing appropriately.

You’ll have demonstrable leadership and team management skills gained in a customer-focused environment.
