“I first started with Webhelp UK in 2013 as a customer service advisor and within 7 months I was successful in moving to a new role as a Quality Champion. To date, I have been promoted a further four times to my current role as a Deputy Operations Manager. Within each role I’ve received adequate support and development to carry out the responsibilities of that role. Webhelp has fantastic steps in place to support employees and progress them.
