Yann Nouchy

Director of Business Unit Retail, eCommerce & Transport

A telecom engineer and graduate with a Master’s degree in Finance from Dauphine, Yann has a triple original and complementary career path.

A dozen years spent in renowned communication agencies such as Publicis, Fullsix and Ogilvy as Managing Director on digital expertise, CRM, eCommerce and Data. A second life as an entrepreneur that he started in 2009 by taking a bet on the evolution of regulations in France and launched several e-commerce websites on his own in the sale of contact lenses and online parapharmacy. He increased his structure to 30 people and nearly 4 million turnover and then sold it to a leader in mass distribution. Finally, in 2015, he became Chief Digital Officer for the Etam Group, in charge of all international e-commerce, the MyEtam loyalty program, Data and more generally the Group’s digital transformation and omnicanality. For the past two years, Yann has combined his 3 experiences to support Comex in their digital transformation strategy.

At Webhelp since September 2018, he has been Director of the Retail, Ecommerce and Transport Business Unit, where he and his teams support the optimization of the customer experience for players in the sector.
