Director of Human Ressources

A graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Marseille and INSEAD, Martial started his career in the world of distribution and e-commerce at Office Depot in the quality and continuous improvement department. In four years he was head of the group’s integration projects, moving on to become to Senior Director in the international IT department to lead expansion projects for Office Depot Retail in the EMEA region before taking on the role of Chief Information Officer for the group in Europe for three years.

In 2009, Martial integrated strategic marketing in Europe to lead digital transformation and omni-channel projects for Office Depot group to become, in 2013, Managing Director for e-commerce and customer experience in France.

Martial joined Webhelp in November 2015 as Business Unit Director for retail, e-commerce and transport where he is responsible for optimizing the customer experience in these sectors.
