Since the start of her career Emma Markström has had a goal: To create, achieve and increase customer satisfaction. She has broad knowledge from different industries such as Telecom, Media, Retail, Travel, Automobile, E-commerce and Banking. In February 2012 Emma Markström joined Webhelp Nordic as a Client/Account Manager. Emma’s objective is to elaborate partnerships with clients, develop the business, increase customer engagement and satisfaction, analyse business behaviours, negotiate agreements as well as new sales. Emma is a registered COPC coordinator. Emma graduated from IHM Business School, sales and negotiation training and has completed courses in finance and personal behaviours.
