Alma Consumer customer service delivered by Webhelp Nordic Nominated best contact center in 2018

HELSINKI, FINLAND: Since 1999 the best contact center teams in Finland have been competing yearly for the title of “the Contact Center of the Year”. The competition is won by a customer service center that shows excellent results and long-term and goal-oriented development to provide an excellent customer experience. This year joint forces of Alma Consumer and Webhelp Nordic made the winning team and were nominated as the best contact center in 2018.

Alma Consumer’s customer service is provided in an active partnership with Webhelp Nordic. Webhelp operates in accordance with standardized and internationally benchmarked contact center management best practices.

According to the contest evaluators Webhelp delivery is “Best in Class” -level in many areas. Planning is done in a systematic manner in close cooperation at a strategic and operational level. The service is produced using intelligent application of data and service efficiency and quality-enhancing technology. Resourcing is based on analysis and forecasting. The flexible implementation models and profiled recruitment process enable cost-effective operation. The methods of day-to-day management are accountable, standardized and secured. Through deep cooperation between the partners the quality and performance of Alma Consumer customer service have been in line with expectations and goals. Used methods are evaluated and developed in accordance with the ideology of continuous improvement. Alma customer service is boldly testing new ways to meet and serve the customer.
