Thorsten Havemann joined Webhelp in July 2016. He is responsible for Business Development in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
He brings with him extensive experience in strategy, operationalisation and implementation of Customer Service and Experience Management for customer and service provider organisations. He is particularly qualified to design customer-oriented, value-based and digital business models. He started his professional career in 2005 as a freelance management consultant. In this position, he worked for various medium-sized companies, but also for large corporations such as Volkswagen and Telefónica. In 2011, he began working freelance for ClientSolutions GmbH, a consulting company specialising in strategic and operative Customer Service Management. There he developed and oversaw the implementation of multichannel service strategies for a number of clients. After nearly ten years as a management consultant, Thorsten Havemann joined Home Shopping Europe GmbH in 2014. At this omni-channel mail-order company, he successfully managed the Service Excellence division, a number of strategic service projects and the establishing of Customer Service subsidiaries in Russia and Italy.
Thorsten Havemann holds a Master’s degree in International Business Studies from the University of Paderborn. He completed semesters abroad in Canada and Spain.
