Thomas Kaschner

Chief Commercial Officer

After his law studies, Thomas completed a management traineeship for a leading US brand before joining the SELLBYTEL Group in 2007 as account manager. Due to his focus on customer satisfaction and a strong commitment to service quality, he was promoted to Key Account Manager EMEA followed by his appointment as Account Director thereafter.

In 2015, Thomas became Vice President for Global Key Accounts and a member of the management board. And following the SELLBYTEL | Webhelp merger in September 2018, he received a new role as Managing Director.

As Chief Commercial Officer he will supervise the account management, sales and marketing departments and align them with the commercial strategy in order to guarantee top-notch quality in customer sales, service and support solutions.
