Chief Operating Officer

Stefan Zoerner took over the role of Chief Operating Officer responsible for Webhelp’s existing customer business at the start of 2017. His focus lies on helping companies across different sectors improve their customer experience, and ultimately sales, through digitisation.

Stefan has many years of national and international experience in operational and strategic customer management and versatile consulting know-how in the financial and telecommunication sector.

Since 2011, he has held various senior positions for Deutsche Telekom AG. Most recently, he was Director for Business and Residential Customer Services responsible for fixed and mobile communications at Hrvatski Telekom d.d., Zagreb. Prior to this, he worked for three years as Vice President Process and System Design Business Customers, Sales and Service Excellence at Telekom Deutschland in Bonn.

Stefan began his professional career in 2004 as a consultant in Strategy & Financial Services at Accenture. He previously completed his MBA and MBM studies at WWU Münster.
