Digital Transformation and the Future of Customer Experience Management – Webhelp invites 50 startups to Viva Technology Summit 2016

From June 30 to July 2 the Viva Technology Summit will arrive in Paris. The conference connects pioneering startups with established companies and also investors to jointly accelerate the topic of Digital Transformation. More than 5,000 startups will take part in a series of workshops and presentations and more than 30,000 visitors are expected.

In addition to companies like Orange, BNP Paribas and Accor Hotels, Webhelp will lead one of the 20 “Labs” which will showcase the future of customer experience alongside 50 selected startups. The Webhelp Lab will be a place to explore and discuss:

Social Selling – social media be used as a sales tool
Artificial Intelligence – Next level customer experience
Big Data + Customer Experience = A big experience?
Virtual Reality – investing in the future whilst remaining profitable
