CEO Webhelp Switzerland

Daniel joined Webhelp in early 2018 as Chief Executive Officer Switzerland responsible for leading the overall business and strategic development. His special emphasis lies on developing innovative solutions for Webhelp clients which enable them to face the challenges and opportunities of digitalization and increasingly differentiating customer demands.

Before joining Webhelp, Daniel worked for the management consultancy Bain & Company. There he focused on strategy development and organizational development for clients form the Industrial Goods, Consumer Goods & Retail industries. Furthermore, he supported Private Equity investors in Commercial Due Diligences and developing Value Creation Plans. Daniel holds a B.A. in Business and an M.A. in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
