Daniel Deckert joins the management team of Webhelp, a leading global provider of business process outsourcing services. As of March 1, 2018 Daniel, has been appointed the new CEO of Webhelp Switzerland overseeing the businesses in Zurich and Geneva with around 250 employees.
Together with the Swiss management team Daniel will be driving the business development for Webhelp in the Swiss market. A key area of focus will be the development of innovative solutions which enable Webhelp clients to face the challenges of digital transformation and increasingly differentiating customer requirements.
One of the key goals is to improve the customer experience via new products and technologies such as speech recognition, AI, chat bots, KYC solutions and across all channels (multi/omni channel, social media). This will in turn allow a higher service quality and customer satisfaction while also increasing efficiency.
Daniel joins Webhelp from the leading international management consultancy Bain & Company where he has been working since 2008 in the Zurich office. He focused and focusing on clients in the industrial goods, consumer goods and retail industries. He holds a B.A. in Business and an M.A. in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen Switzerland.
