Thomas Berlemann has been Chief Executive Officer of Webhelp in Germany, Austria and Switzerland since February 2016. He has worked in a number of international technology companies in both B2B and B2C positions. He brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the areas of General Management, Service and Sales.

Thomas Berlemann started his career as assistant to the Board of Mannesmann Handel. This was followed by various management positions in Sales and Customer Services at OTTO. From 1997, he was responsible for developing the Customer Service division at AOL Bertelsmann, initially in Germany, later in other European countries as well. In 2003, he joined Deutsche Telekom where he became Managing Director of Services in both the Mobile Communications and Fixed Networks sector. In 2009, he additionally took over the B2B and B2C sales operations of Telekom as Managing Director. As CEO, Thomas Berlemann headed T-Mobile Netherlands from 2012 until 2014. After that, he joined B2X Care Solutions, a provider for cloud-based service solutions. In this position, he headed the global business dealings of the company.
