Selim holds a Masters in European Business Law and Economic Analysis from the College of Europe in Bruges, and a Master of European Law and Economic Analysis degree. He began his career as a consultant in International Business. In 1998 he joined the growing customer relations sector, and held management positions in the trade and development functions with major market players.
Selim joined Webhelp in 2004 to promote the group’s proposition across all locations. He is responsible for the development and implementation of growth strategy and customer development.
In 2011, Selim was an integral part of the team that launched Webhelp Algeria. He is currently General Manager of Webhelp Algeria, responsible for institutional relations and client development. He coordinates communication with regional stakeholders including the government, media, partners, local brands and networks to develop and strengthen the presence and reputation of Webhelp Algeria as a customer experience leader for local and foreign markets, as well as an employer of choice.
Selim’s expertise lies in all sectors within outsourcing – across strategic, economic and operational functions. He also supports the group when needed in its M&A strategy, by attending the diligence process for sales matters.
