Roxane Divol

Group COO for Webhelp

Roxane plays a key role in building Webhelp’s expansion as a global industry leader.

Prior to joining Webhelp, Roxane Divol was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Website Security for Symantec. In addition, Roxane created and incubated Cybercube, a start-up offering cyber analytics platform company that today is funded by Symantec and ForgePoint Capital.

Prior to joining Symantec, Roxane was a Partner at McKinsey & Company as a leader of its Technology, Media, Telecom as well as Marketing and Sales Practices. She also created and led McKinsey’s West Coast Executive Women’s Roundtable series.

Roxane was – amongst others – named to the Top50 Most Powerful Women in Technology 2017 by the National Diversity Council.

Roxane holds dual French and Colombian citizenship. Her cross-cultural experiences have helped her to assess and transform global organizations. She is a director at Wolverine Worldwide and currently sits on the board of the Global Fund for Women. She graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Insead. Roxane is passionate about women’s rights, including access to education, healthcare, jobs, voting rights, and other inequities facing women and people across the globe.
