Helen har 12 års erfaring fra lederstillinger, projektstyring og virksomhedsudvikling inden for kundeservice. Helen kom til Webhelp i 2012 og arbejder som Account Manager med opgaver i forskellige brancher og med leveringer i hele Norden. Helen har tidligere arbejdet ved Teleperformance Nordic i drifts- og ledelsesmæssige stillinger. Helen føler stærkt for kundeomlægninger og til at skabe salg via kundetilfredshed. Helen har studeret kulturel og social geografi ved Stockholm Universitet.
