Chief Commercial Officer

Nach seinem Jurastudium absolvierte Thomas Kaschner ein Management Trainee Programm bei einem führenden US-Unternehmen und begann anschließend im Jahr 2007 als Account Manager bei SELLBYTEL. Aufgrund seiner Leidenschaft für exzellenten Kundenservice und seines starken Engagements für Servicequalität wurde er zum Key Account Manager EMEA und anschließend zum Account Director befördert. 

2015 wurde Thomas Vice President für Global Key Accounts und Mitglied der SELLBYTEL Geschäftsführung. Im Zuge des Zusammenschlusses von SELLBYTEL Group und Webhelp im September 2018 wurde er zum Geschäftsführer ernannt. 

In seiner aktuellen Rolle als Chief Commercial Officer stellt er die Gewährleistung von exzellentem Kundenvertriebs-, Service- und Supportlösungen sicher, indem er die Bereiche Account Management, Sales und Marketing an die Geschäftsstrategie anpasst.
