Steffen konnte in seiner Laufbahn in zahlreichen Managementpositionen reichlich Erfahrung in der IT-Branche sammeln. Nach seinem Informatik Studium begann er seine Karriere als Program Manager bei einem weltweit führenden IT-Dienstleister. Ab 2010 verantwortete er die Weiterentwicklung der IT-Architektur zahlreicher Key Kunden und entwickelte seine Expertise im Outsourcing-Bereich. 2013 übernahm er die Leitung eines Bereichs, der für die Erbringung von Shared Services verantwortlich war. 

 Aufgrund seiner tiefgreifenden IT-Kenntnisse und exzellenten Führungsqualitäten leitet Steffen seit 2017, in der Position des Head of IT der SELLBYTEL Group, das IT Department und gestaltet SELLBYTEL‘S Zukunft aktiv mit. Durch die Förderung von Innovationen und die Implementierung modernster IT-Lösungen, stellt er sicher, dass Effizienz, Sicherheit und ein stetiges Wachstum gewährleistet sind.
