Bevor sie 1994 ihre eigene Firma Singular gründete, war Helena in verschiedenen Positionen in der Werbebranche tätig. Im Jahr 2001 wurde Singular ein Teil der SELLBYTEL Group. Aktuell vertritt sie die Position Chairman Webhelp Spanien.

Helena hat ihren Abschluss an der an der spanischen Hochschule ESADE absolviert und ist Mitglied unterschiedlichster Organisationen, wie zum Beispiel:.

– Vorstandsmitglied von „Ashoka“, eine internationale Organisation,mit der Mission, Sozialunternehmern zu ermöglichen, erfolgreich zu sein, und den Menschen weltweit zu helfen, als Weltveränderer zu denken und zu handeln.

– Vorstandsmitglied der „Open University of Catalonia UOC”, einer Online-Universität.

– Mitglied des Vorstands der LECE Liga Europea de Cooperación Económica.

– Mitglied des IWF (International Women’s Forum). Das IWF-Forum setzt sich für bessere globale Führungsqualität ein und vernetzt weltweit Frauen, die bedeutende und vielfältige Leistungen erbracht haben.

– Mitglied des Vorstands der Fira de Barcelona, eine der wichtigsten Messegesellschaften Europas.

Helena ist verheiratet und Mutter von zwei Kindern (Laura und Oscar).
