Daniel Deckert ist seit Anfang 2018 als Chief Executive Officer Schweiz verantwortlich für die Geschäftsführung der Standorte in Zürich und Genf, sowie der strategischen Geschäftsentwicklung von Webhelp Schweiz. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen, welche Auftraggeber von Webhelp in die Lage versetzen, den durch Digitalisierung bedingten anspruchsvollen Marktveränderungen zu begegnen und zunehmend differenzierte Konsumentenerwartungen zu erfüllen.

Seit 2008 war Daniel in verschiedenen Beratungs- und Führungspositionen im Zürcher Büro der globalen Managementberatung Bain & Company tätig. Dort beriet er Unternehmen aus den Bereichen Industrie- und Konsumgüter sowie Handel rund um Themen der Wachstumsstrategie, Organisationsentwicklung. Zudem unterstützte er dort Private Equity Investoren bei Commercial Due Diligences und Value Creation Plänen. Zuvor studierte er Betriebswirtschaft an der Universität zu Köln und Universität St. Gallen.
