Roxane spielt eine Schlüsselrolle beim Expansionsaufbau von Webhelp als globaler Branchenführer.

Bevor sie zu Webhelp kam, war Roxane Divol Executive Vice President und General Manager of Website Security bei Symantec. Darüber hinaus gründete Roxane Cybercube, ein Start-up-Unternehmen, das Cyberanalyseplattformen anbietet, die heute von Symantec und ForgePoint Capital finanziert werden.

Vor ihrem Wechsel zu Symantec war Roxane Partnerin bei McKinsey & Company und leitete die Bereiche Technologie, Medien, Telekommunikation sowie Marketing und Vertrieb. Zudem kreierte und leitete sie auch die McKinsey’s West Coast Executive Women’s Roundtable Serie.

Roxane wurde unter anderem vom National Diversity Council als eine der Top 50 „Most Powerful Women in Technology 2017“ mächtigsten Frauen in der Technik gewählt.

Roxane besitzt die französische und kolumbianische Staatsbürgerschaft. Ihre interkulturellen Erfahrungen haben ihr geholfen, globale Organisationen zu bewerten und zu transformieren. Sie ist Direktorin bei Wolverine Worldwide und sitzt derzeit im Vorstand des Global Fund for Women. Sie absolvierte ihren Abschluss an der Hochschule Ecole Polytechnique und Insead. Roxane engagiert sich leidenschaftlich für die Rechte der Frauen, einschließlich des Zugangs zu Bildung, Gesundheitsversorgung, Arbeitsplätzen, Stimmrechten und anderen Ungerechtigkeiten, denen Frauen und Menschen auf der ganzen Welt ausgesetzt sind.
