Seit der Übernahme von walter services durch Webhelp in 2015 ist Christian Zimmer verantwortlich für die Webhelp-Geschäfte in Österreich.

Christian verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung im nationalen und internationalen Top Management. 2001 stieg er als Geschäftsführer bei master management (heute Webhelp Österreich) ein und übernahm ab 2005 verschiedene leitende Positionen bei walter services. Unter anderem hatte er hier die Gesamtverantwortung für die Niederlassungen in der Schweiz, in Polen und Rumänien inne, bis er 2011 zum Chief Marketing and Sales Officer ernannt wurde.

Zwischen 1994 und 2000 war Christian in Geschäftsführungs- und Vorstands-Funktionen internationaler Firmen aus den Bereichen Produktion, Dienstleistung und Handel tätig.  Sein Aufgabenfokus lag in dieser Zeit vor allem auf internationalem Vertrieb, M&A Restrukturierung sowie strategischer Neuausrichtung und Steuerung von Markteintrittsprozessen.

Christian absolvierte ein Studium der Rechtswissenschaften in Wien und Salzburg und ein CEO-Programm für strategisches und Changemanagement in St. Gallen.
