Directeur Business Unit E-commerce & Retail

Diplomé de l’Ecole Centrale de Marseille et de l’INSEAD, il débute sa carrière dans le monde de la distribution et du Ecommerce chez Office DEPOT à la Direction Qualité et Amélioration Continue pendant 4 ans pour y diriger les projets d’intégration du groupe. Il sera promu Senior Director au sein de la Direction Informatique Internationale pour mener les projets d’expansion du Retail Office DEPOT dans la zone EMEA avant de devenir Chief Information Officer pour le groupe en Europe pendant 3 ans.

En 2009, Martial intègre la Direction Marketing Europe pour y diriger les projets de transformation digitale et omni canal du groupe Office DEPOT pour devenir, en 2013, Directeur Général Ecommerce et Marketing Client en France.

Au sein de Webhelp, depuis novembre 2015, il devient Directeur de Business Unit Retail, Ecommerce et Transport où il accompagne, avec ses équipes, l’optimisation de l’expérience clients chez les acteurs du secteur.
