Leading global customer experience and business process outsourcing company, Webhelp, is celebrating adding another gong to its trophy cabinet with the announcement that Gerhard Landy won Gold at the recent Contact Centre World Awards in London.
Gerhard, who works for Webhelp in South Africa, secured his title of Best Project Manager in the regional round of the awards and now goes forward to the main event in LA later in the year.
